Dustin Stokes

Litigation Paralegal

Dustin joined Zachar Law Firm in 2022 as a litigation paralegal to Suzie Zachar Hardy. Dustin has over 15 years of experience in the legal field. He started his career at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes Division.  He relocated to California to work at the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, and later transitioned to the private sector, working in Family Law and Civil Litigation. 
 
Dustin graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Psychology and earned his paralegal certification from the Arizona Paralegal Training Program in Paralegal Studies. He enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends when he’s not helping our clients successfully resolve their cases.
