Christine has been an attorney for over 30 years. She was born and raised in Idaho. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a Degree in Criminal Justice. Christine attended the University of the Pacific School of Law in Sacramento, California, but received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Puget Sound, now known as Seattle University. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Courts of Washington in 1988 and in Arizona in 2010.
Christine spent a few years as a general practitioner with an emphasis on general civil litigation defense, as well as estate planning. Thereafter, she discovered her love for plaintiffs’ personal injury. She had her own plaintiffs’ personal injury practice in the Seattle, Washington, area for over 20 years. After relocating to Arizona, she practiced plaintiffs’ personal injury with the respected law firm of Fennemore Craig, P.C. She was part of a very successful pre-litigation team that handled high-end claims that resulted in significant settlements.
After joining Zachar Law, Christine has dedicated herself to the pre-litigation phase of our clients’ claims in an attempt to settle them. She believes that settling the claim is always in the best interests of the client and has devoted herself and her team of professionals to that end. They use their best efforts to reach a fair and reasonable settlement that is acceptable to the client. As a consequence, Zachar Law is a high percentage settlement firm, which we are very proud of, even though we have excellent litigation teams standing by, if needed.
