Ken of “Greater Phoenix Attorney at Law Magazine” interviews Phoenix personal injury lawyer Chris Zachar on being selected Solo Practitioner Of The Month, November 2010:
Ken: I know that my experience with the legal community is mostly what I see on TV and what you see on TV is nothing but court cases. Do most of the cases end up going to trial or settle? What kind of ratio is that?
Chris Zachar: For the personal injury field, very few cases ever make it to trial. I think the most recent statistics in Arizona indicate that across the board, that 98% of cases are settled before they ever get that far. Only 2% of cases ever get to trial and so if you have a circumstance or incident, a motor vehicle collusion or what not, even before I know the facts, I can tell you right up front that you have about a 98% chance that case settled and never even seeing the inside of a courtroom.
“Chris was very helpful and quick to respond. Whenever I had issues getting in touch with anyone else, he was the first to contact me. He really made sure I understood the process and made it so easy for me. I was and am happy to have Chris in my corner. Thank you for all you’ve done for me!”
“I can’t begin to thank you enough for taking my case. After being turned away from several firms, I had lost hope. The day I walked into your office I knew I had found a winning team. Thank you for taking the time to listen to me on that day. You worked my case with an exemplary level of professionalism, compassion, commitment and efficiency. I will never forget you.”
“Chris provided my husband Tommy with aggressive representation. Chris was reliable and did what he said he would do. Plus he returned our phone calls. I would be happy to refer friends to Chris.”
